About EGL

The Engineering Global Leadership program, also known as EGL, is one of the specialization tracks offered through the Engineering Honors Program at the University of Michigan. This academic community strives to build the world’s future leaders through rigorous coursework in engineering supplemented by exposure to business fundamentals at the Ross School of Business. In addition, students develop their leadership skills in and out of the classroom as they participate in challenging but rewarding programs such as the Tauber Institute Capstone Project. Finally, the student-led social community encourages all EGL members to expand their boundaries and obtain a global education through these Volunteer Abroad trips.
